Monday Motivation: most worries never happen



Something to think about

Worry is an activity that uses a lot of energy. Ultimately, like friction, it erodes value. As pointed out here, often our minds create a more elaborate scheme than reality.

When faced with a worrisome situation, take a breath. Focus on today. Do your best, and focus on progress over perfection. Learn to see things as they are, and deal with them in kind.

Over time, you’ll worry less and do more.
